To be totally truthful with you, until 12 months ago I didn't know that Sourdough Pasta even existed! 

I'd only ever dabbled in making Sourdough Bread. But this year, I've been learning lots more about Fermented Foods - going to many classes & reading up about it - and it's opened up a whole new world that I can't wait to share with you

You guys have been asking me for a long time to run more Fermented Foods workshops (I promise I do listen!) and it's been quite a process to get the right 'ticks' and 'checks' in place to provide this demonstration in a retail setting. 

Which is why I'm so excited to tell you that we've finally got a date

We are only offering a couple of small classes to begin with, so spaces are limited. Why? The preparation process on our end is quite involved and the demonstration requires a minimum team of two (you get Bek AND Me - double trouble ;) haha!)
