Do you know what this cooler weather means...?? It's time for yummy comfort food! With the snap of Autumn in the air, we've been experimenting with new dishes to fire up your metabolism, boost immunity and warm you up! I've got some smashin' Mexican Pozole, fried plantain & sourdough pasta dishes that I think you'll la-la-love. (Watch out for the booking links to these classes in the near future). In this interactive event, the team from Montville Coffee will take you through the story of Coffee Production, from the growers and processors at Origin right through to roasting in the beautiful Sunshine Coast Hinterland. You’ll sample many different freshly roasted blends and styles of coffee and will discover tips for brewing the perfect coffee at home. Plus, we'll top it all off with a delicious gluten free banana blueberry bread and presentation by Gluten Free Chef Monica Topliss!
