Great for Autumn Brunch, an easy delicious one-tray bake for dinner tonight.

Serves 8 | Prep 10 minutes | Cook 15 minutes


  • Preheat oven to 180°C.

  • Combine the yoghurt, capers and 1 tbsp each of lemon zest and juice and season with sea salt and cracked pepper.

  • Onto a paper lined baking tray, place salmon fillets.

  • Season with lemon juice and cracked pepper.

  • Bake for 15 minutes or until cooked to your liking.

  • Serve each fillet with a dollop of yummy sauce and a twig of fresh dill.
