This whimsical treat will be ready to gobble in minutes.
Serves 6 | Prep 2 minutes | Cook 5 minutes
Whip the cream until it stands in stiff peaks, 4 minutes.
Fold the zest of the lime into the cream.
Add the crushed meringue nests and most of the strawberries, then fold it all together. Spoon into 6 small or one large bowl.
300mL cold thickened cream
1-2 limes zest only
6 meringue nests (300g), crushed
500g strawberries, washed, hulled and sliced
Garnish with remaining strawberries and a little extra lime zest.
