Thai Cooking Part 1 

Thurs 2nd Feb, 11am to 1.30pm: It's short notice but this is the perfect opportunity to brush up on some key Thai Cooking skills before Part 2 later in Feb! We ran this class last year and were begged to offer it again ... With a last-minute opening, we seized the moment! Thus 23rd Feb, 11am to 1.30pm: Building on Chef Amanda's expertise, we'll be creating an eggnet salad, succulent duck with black vinegar and nahm jim.
