So on Saturday, March 18th, Steve and I will be hosting a free Coffee Appreciation Morning. We’ll be talking all things coffee — Steve will be explaining everything from the production process to how to brew your perfect mug of Joe at home. Whether you want to learn aboutplunger, filter, chemex, syphon or espresso, Steve will share key tips to get the most from every cup.

The first time I met Andrew (AKA Wine Extraordinaire) from the Purple Palate, I was accompanied by some of my nearest and dearest friends. This was a year ago at the 'Brew Crew' — a drinking event for Craft Beer nerds. 

I was blown away by Andrew's vast knowledge then, as I still am today. The man can quip wine trivia faster than I count calories! 

The point of me sharing this is that I believe food is more than just nutrition. Undeniably, that's important too. However, some of my happiest, fill-my-heart-up-with-joy memories involve beer, wine and the company of the people I love most. 

So it's with great pleasure that we partner with Andrew & Sasha (our Cheese Guru!) from Mad Millie to present Wine Tasting & Cheese Making workshops next Thursday.
